FK5 laminar rings
Single and double wound laminar sealing rings
FK5 are single or double wound laminar sealing rings. They are available in both internal and external clamping versions. The FK5 laminar rings are widely used for sealing roller segment bearings in continuous casting installations, industrial steam turbines and mobile and stationary aggregates.
FK5 ASD
The type FK5 ASD are double-wound laminar rings and provided with the following properties:
- Externally clamping
- Seal on the housing and shaft groove with a groove in the shaft
- 1 set consists of 2 externally clamping rings
FK5 ISD
The type FK5 ASD are double-wound laminar rings and provided with the following properties:
- Internally clamping
- Seal on the shaft with a groove in the housing
- 1 set consists of 2 internally clamping rings
FK5 HFL
The type FK5 HFL are single or double wound laminar rings. They are made of chrome-nickel steel and are particularly suitable for high temperatures. The FK5 HFL sealing rings are available in different versions:
- FK5-HFL ASD
- FK5-HFL ISD
