Our Quality Manager guarantees and improves the quality of our products, deliveries and processes. The Quality Manager ensures that the business processes and the management system are recorded and complied with in practice. Our quality management includes both internal and external quality including IT, quality registrations, customer satisfaction, complaints and audits.
Double control checks
To guarantee delivery reliability, a two-fold check has been introduced in our logistics and production location. Only when the 2nd employee approves the order is it released and made ready for shipment.
ISO9001: 2015 certified
Service has been one of our spearheads since the foundation of THN. We are ISO 9001: 2015 certified which has recently been successfully renewed. All our processes are optimized to deliver super fast directly from our warehouses.
